  • Regular orders: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Personalized jewelry orders: Personalized items require additional processing time. These orders are usually processed within 1-3 days, and delivery via USPS may take 7-10 business days.

2. Shipping Time:

  • Regular orders: Standard shipping within the continental United States generally takes 5-7 business days.
  • Personalized jewelry orders: Delivery for personalized items is via USPS and may take 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping: All orders are shipped by USPS. The starting rate is $7.99 You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase. 

4. Pick Up- All orders must be picked up with (7) days of receiving your email or text that your order is ready for pick up. If not we will reach out to get shipping fee and the order will be shipped. 

5. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

6. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking information.

7. Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver orders promptly, please note that external factors may cause shipping delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
