Ordering & Payments

1. How do I place an order? Simply browse our website, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details. You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is complete.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Now, Pay Later options: Afterpay, & ShopPay Installments.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed? If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@shopmelita.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

4. Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand to offer international shipping in the future!

5. How long does shipping take? Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Local Chicago Pickup: Free and available within 24 hours of placing your order.

6. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 and local Chicago pickup at no additional cost.

7. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text.
